Can Tho Marathon – A Heritage Race to Return Dec 4, 2022

The Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race, one of Vietnam's largest and most professionally organized international races, will return on December 4, 2022.

In the 2020-2021 period, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused many major sports events in Vietnam to face cancellation or delay, including the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race, which made its debut in December 2019.

This year, the marathon's Organizing Committee will introduce a major change to the route, bringing the Start and the Finish points to the area of ​​​​the Hung Kings Temple, a cultural and historical highlight of the region.

This year's race will take runners through famous landmarks of the capital of the southwestern region such as Ninh Kieu wharf, Cai Rang floating market and the historic Lo Vong Cung (arc-shaped road).

Running on wide open roads, runners will witness with their own eyes a Can Tho famous for its peaceful beauty and verdant gardens with trees bearing fruits in all the four seasons.

Returning in December 2022, the driest, coolest and most comfortable time of the year, the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race 2022 will definitely be the place where runners further set up PRs, PBs or reach other goals on the track.

Registration for the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race 2022 at its homepage will begin in the next few days, with a special incentive policy to appreciate the runners who have trusted and accompanied the marathon over the years.
